Signature Concepts secures all credit card transactions with a digital certificate, also known as a SSL Certificate. When communicating with domestic-version browsers, SSL certificates enable super-strong 128-bit encryption, protecting all of your sensitive web communication. All prices are in US dollars and are payable in US funds only. Failure to pay in US funds may result in additional conversion charges. NORMAL DELIVERY Orders received during business hours for in-stock merchandise will be shipped within 7-10 business days. Unless otherwise specified, all orders will ship via UPS Ground. Most domestic orders will be delivered in 10 business days. SHIPPING CHARGES All freight will be billed out in accordance to the freight scale listed below.
SALES TAX We are required by law to collect applicable sales tax on non-wearable items delivered to locations in Minnesota. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES Our products are not available for international delivery. RETURNS & EXCHANGES For defective merchandise or shortages, you can obtain a Return Authorization by calling our corporate office at 952-979-1337. All returns must have a Return Authorization (RA#) number. Claims for shortages or defective merchandise must be made within 15 days of purchase. Exchanges due to sizing will incur shipping charges. |
